Concede button is from BGA framework, in theory, you have it in all games.

Yes, but please be aware that the "concede" button is only for two player games, when the game progression is greater than 50%.

Has anyone else noticed any "weird" or "fantastically improbable" dice rolls in this game? I am playing a 3 player game with 2 friends of mine, and 1 of them rolled 13 1's in a row during a battle. Statistically speaking this is NOT impossible, but the odds are so astronomical that I can't believe that there isn't an underlying problem with how the dice roll calculations are being done in combat. To give this further credence, this recent bug report also lists a case where someone rolled 17 1's in a row: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=62068.

As a software developer myself, something definitely smells rotten here. I don't know if this is in the Random Number generator being used, or the seed. Is the developer using the standard methods being provided by PHP as suggested by BGA: https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=f ... ing_random ? I love this game and it is a lot of fun to play, but if I can't trust the dice rolls, then that will spoil the game for me. Does anyone have any additional insight to add here?

Thanks,
Mike

Stop with the conspiracy theories, it is just my fault, a line added for testing purpose and not removed before production.

Are there any plans to implement the advanced game stuff from the base game? MS Pipelines, mines, etc. And of course fingers crossed for the expansion content at some point!

Yes, it is why there is an alpha version for testers.
Dev of it was paused but should continue soon.

I want to second a Concede button in game. I've seen this in the Through the Ages implementation and would like it in Space Empires: 4X. At a certain point, you have your homeworld and everyone else has 15+ planets, you have no way of winning.
I would disagree with allowing a player to concede when they know they've lost outside of a 2p game. The win condition in this game is first to capture someone's homeworld or settle X planets in another player's zone. If you allow a player to drop out when they're losing, it actually drags the game out longer since the player on the verge of being conquered disappears.
