The only real solutions to solve a lot of the current issues are 1) remove turn based games and only allow real time games (is there really a need for turn based Yahtzee, Rummy, Dominoes, etc.? If a game averages less than 20 minutes, it should ONLY be real time. If you can't invest 20 minutes, then you shouldn't start a game.) and I know this option is going to be unpopular, so 2) limit turn based games to games that average 30 minutes or longer (I'd say 1 hour or longer, but I'm being generous going down to 30 minutes) or the game must be completed within 21 days of the game start. Realistically, no game should take more than 3 weeks to complete. Doing one of these should dramatically increase the server performance.

Just to offer another perspective on this - yes, I generally have 20 min (or more) to give when I jump on BGA, but finding 1 (or especially 3-4) other opponents who are available in the hour I have free can be difficult. Playing short games turn-based isn't ideal, but it's better than not getting to play at all.

Hello admin who answered. Please quit lying to us. I am a paying player and I can't play. Can't do my turns in tournaments holding everything up. You have not been fixing anything. As everything is much worse. So stop saying things are getting better when they are not. Up until today I could play. Now I can't. How is that an improvement ???? Site has been messed up for months. Minutes to get from 1 game to the next do you have an IT person ??? Fix your site today or shut it down and give refunds. Paying for what. A site that no longer works. Pathetic
