Let's not overcomplicate things. "gg" means "Good game". Just that.
Nothing wrong saying "gg" if you honestly had or are having a good game.
OK, so "gg" is personal. Sorry if this will be considered complicated, but:
If another player in that game says "No, from my perspective, but thank you for the game, though" (because of whatever could have happened in that game - cheating, losing, etc.), and is then being told (by any player, even the one who said "gg"): "lol, wow, what a sore and bad player, haha..."
Is that ok?
Thanks in advance.

No? Losing doesn't make it not a good game, if it does you're a sore loser.

Losing when you know you made foolish mistakes and played far less than your best does make it not a good game, for many players. An opponent losing catastrophically may equally make it not a good game, because there was no challenge. Feeling this way does not make you a sore loser/bad winner, unless you moan so much about it that you ruin everyone else's mood.
If EVERY game is a 'good game in your opinion', what's the point of even saying it?

Thanks for your op.
In my opinion, no, it is not ok, and I didn't mention only losing, above (also cheating, etc.).
If I said that ("lol, what a (...)") after a player had said "no (...)" in response to my deep "gg"... I think calling that player "sore/bad loser" would be (close to) an insult.
I think that people saying "gg" should also respect a "No, but thanks for playing" or "Thanks for playing, but the game was not ok for me" or "No, good day" or "No" or "Good day" or "Thanks for the game" or silence or whatever... as long as the game was not stained by any sort of cheating, and the displeasure for the game only came from stuff involving the displeased player him/herself (like bad luck, bad choices, etc.).
In some rare cases, people even call others "sore/bad losers" if they don't say "gg" in response to theirs, and remain silent. I don't see how any of these can be ok.

I agree with this. I have had games like that myself, where the other player would say 'gg' but I felt like it wasn't for me, since I'm a top 10 player in that particular game and I made some errors causing me to loose. If in that case I say 'it wasn't for me, because I did a bad job, but you played well', that's just me telling how I feel about the game. Not being a sore loser, as I honestly think that the other player did well at that point.

I don't like to say gg before the game is actually over.
If I'm winning, saying it too early is a boast, or worse yet can come off as "hey, are you even good enough to see there's no way you can win? Why are you even still trying?"
If I'm losing, saying it too early sounds like I'm giving up and not going to give the other player(s) my best.
For me it's best to wait until all is said and done. I get that other people use it differently and most mean well using it.

Anyway to say gg always at a end game you will say gg not at start of game or it mean no sense but if I win or loose I will still call it a gg but I wait it finish

I personally think gg too early is exactly what you think it is mayne 85% of the time. To, me it also seems like a rub im your face ordeal. Why do I think this? Because I have done it. In a game of Lucky Numbers I played with a player who I miscalculated had no way of beating me but he was thinking for longer than a minute. His thinking time was so annoying that I said "gg" to hurry him up and let him no he had no way of winning. Well turned out he figured out a move and won. I honestly felt like a snob after for giving him an early gg. Since then I try not to. So I think some people do say it with boastful intentions but I also think some people just instinctively say it when the game is nearing its end.
Alsoidk if you play hanabi at all but people say it early in hanabi quite often when they know we will achieve the top score. Hanabi is a co-op game so you either all win or all lose. So thats an example that people just say it instinctively. Not everyone has bad intentions but I think you just have yo read the room.
