looking for XP collecting turn based crew

Well, if people mention XP in a thread about XP I assume they talk about XP.

That doesn't mean I couldn't be wrong though.

To be clear:
- XPs (which are related to BGA trophies) cannot be adjusted by developers. They cannot make unique achievements based on their games.
- Ratings (shown on the game page) can be controlled in solo/co-op games by adjusting the final score.
In campaign games, accumulating score based on the difficulty after beating each level can do the job.
