Maybe you can't open a box from a past day!
You can open only the box of the current day.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. I thought there might be a way to see "95% of players have this achievement" like with videogames, but I don't see any public achievement information.

I was curious if it's higher or lower in 2024 summer compared to previous events.

BGA have announced the statistics after the end of each calendar. If they keep the tradition, the numbers will be posted after August.
I bet it will be lower than the previous calendar stats though.
