There is penalties for people who do it all the time. You can also make sure you change to play only with people with a perfect reputation, so that it is less likely that people will quit.

As someone else noted friendly games have no penalties, so perhaps ensure it isn't a friendly game before you join it.

When I first started I had probelms of people quitting and then I changed it so I will not play with lose with low reputations.

So, we have some things like Battle Spirits Saga with 100 online players, and don't have some really good 2024 games with 500+ players like Draft and Write records, Fromage

I enjoy the requirement that every game must be played for category voting.

Some of the nominations are a little dubious, but overall great list and great idea BGA!

Does anyone know what the situation is regarding games we're stuck in on the final day?

I only need to finish Wolves to be able to vote in the animal category but have been stuck in an incredibly slow game for over a week. Its at 76% and I'm worried I'll miss out on voting because it won't finish in time so was wondering if BGA has a contingency for this or if I'm essentially going to lose out on voting in the category because of this?

Can concede the game and take the loss, that would end the game.

How ironically sad. I have not played a single nominated game. Oh well, maybe next year they will nominate something I play/like.
