Takenoko: View available improvements

There's no display of how many improvements are available.

I rolled a wild on the die, so I was able to choose my own weather.
I needed a watershed for a gardener objective, so I chose cloudy weather.
Then I chose watershed from the option, only to discover that none were available.

If I had known in advance, I would have chosen different weather.
