Seasons - No points awarded after winning

Hi,

first message in this forum: hope this is the right place.
Not sure it's a bug, but I've got no points awarded, after winning, in two cases while playing Seasons.

In both cases the screen says "Non in graduatoria" and no points were awarded.

The first time I simply did not give it too much importance but now that the thing is repeating I'd like to know whether there is a problem.

Is it normal? Is it a bug? Am I missing something?

The table creator enabled the option "ELO disabled for this game".
