bga module couldnt found, and your game cannot be loaded

Hi, i received lost time at start of game this message:

An important BGA module couldnt be found, and your game cannot be loaded.
You should try to refresh this page.
You may also try to switch to another language (ex: English) by replacing your language in the url (ex : XX.3.boardgamearena.com => en.3.boardgamearena.com).
Finally, if none of these work, please do the following : press F12, click on 'Network' on the new panel, press F5, take a screenshot, and report a bug.

What should i do?

Somtimes the BGA server is very slow, so you should press F5 or Ctrl+F5 and hope that you don't run out of your playing time :-)
