Keyflower Mouseover on tablets

I understood that no new games would require Mouseover yet it is very difficult to play keyflower on a tablet as the tile explanations are all activated via Mouseover. Is there a way to access these on a tablet?

Yes you can press and hold a tile and the overlay will come up.
