How do "Time Jokers" work?

I had to go away for a few days for personal reasons, so I tried using a time joker. I thought it would add 4 days thinking time to all of my turn based games, but it didn't seem to work for two of them:

Now I have 2 time penalties. Did I do something wrong, or is this a bug in those games?
