Serious issue about the rules on Race For The Galaxy (often spoil the game)

Hello,

I know that there is a bug report tool and I already opened a ticket about this bug but it is not treated.

A lot of events cards that grants 5 points are not configured well and can not be claimed while the requierement is met.
It's a really serious issue since, now that we have expansion, those bonus cards are very important to win the matchs.

I would really love to have some inputs on this problems from other players, did you encounter it ?

It really spoils the game for me and I really lvoe this game.

This is not a bug, but how the rules work.
When a player A has a "Most" goal, and another player B later reaches the same level, player A keeps the goal. Player B only steals the goal if he beats (strictly) the level of player A.
Also, if player A gets below the initial level (for example with military), he loses it.

From the rules for the Gathering Storm :

Example: Alan plays a card that brings his Military in tableau to 6, which satisfies the Greatest Military goal’s condition, so he claims its tile. (If Alan later placed a -1 Military card, reducing his Military below 6, he would return it.) Betty later obtains 6 Military, but since this doesn’t exceed Alan’s total of 6, Alan retains this goal. Carol then reaches 7 Military and takes this goal tile from Alan.

This is not a bug, but how the rules work.

If this is the official rule :
1) it's not explicit enough on the cards
2) we also have bugs but not the same since a lot of goal cards do not behave this way and go back to not claimed when both player have the same number of requierement cards.

I have no problem with that it's absolutly logical

There really is a problem.
I'm sure that it is a flag problem,
The game do not recognize 2 of my 4 rebel cards as "rebel cards" because nobody told him that those 2 cards are rebel cards.
So he can not grant me the goal bonus since he only count 2 cards on my board that he knows are rebel cards.
It's the same probleme every time,
Game does not know that X card is a production world so he do not grant the production world goal
etc...

Would really love to have some input from the team who digitalized the game

What about the three points a player is supposed to be awarded if he or she has tied a "Most" goal at the end of the game? I don't remember ever seeing this reported in any game log.
