In the summary (in french) there is no conditions about winning Hanabi. Is it when you score 16 points or more that you are considered "winner"?

In the summary (in french) there is no conditions about winning Hanabi. Is it when you score 16 points or more that you are considered "winner"?

FOR WIN, you should finish the game without fail 3 times.

So, if you talking about a "good victory", you need at least 21. If it's about ELO, after 1600 you need 24 or 25 for gain a good ELO, with 22 or 23 you can got 0 or less than 10.
It depends also about how many ELO have your opponent, if you're the higher you will get few ELO.
