Skipping over aborted games

I am currently having a problem where the "x ganes waiting for you" button takes me to a game that I quit because a player didn't make a move for an excessively long period of time. It is very annoying to be repeatedly returned to the same table and have to quit again. Can a discontinued game be simply removed from the queue of games for me to play? Thanks.

Yeah, some of the behaviors when players are skipped is pretty weird.
