searching for a boardgame name

Hi guys, I'm searching for a game that is like checkers but has ocatagon pieces and sticks.
the rules of the game,
you have a board with squares and ocatagon pieces on the board, the octagon pieces can move only if you put a sticks on one of the octagons sides when you put it the octagon piece can move, for example:
if i put a stick on the right side of the octagon the octagon can move 1 square to the right, the goal is to capture all the pieces of your openent side.
