I did not find how to exchange plans at the end of the game Nippon.
Can someone explain me where to click and how to do this?

Hello,

First, you need to have at least 3 plans (3 => +1 on a track; 6 => + 2; 4 => +1, etc.).
Then, when ask, you have to click on the track. I don't remember exactly where. I think it's on the cube.
Note that it's only useful (possible) on the coal and knowledge tracks.

as Thierry indicated .. you need to have at least 3 plans. if you do, click on whichever of the 3 tracks you wish to advance on (upper right side on your player board - coal, research, money). you can advance once on a track for every 3 plans. the updated values will be used before the end of game consolidation.

I think that in the rules (of the solid game), you can exchange plans at any time during the game, not only at the end. Is it also the case here?

yes, anytime you have 3 plans, you can trade.
