Pay for military powers in Race for the Galaxy

A couple of cards (Space Mercenaries and Mercenary Fleet to name two) allow you to discard up to two cards to give you one military/card discarded. If I only need to discard one, then I want to settle my world, I sometimes forget to click the "done" button and I wind up discarding the world I wish to settle instead.

There is no undo action available for this. Is it possible to allow an undo action in this case?

yep! absolutely.

Every other payment method goes: laid card, pay for it and has an undo.

This strange method is bogus and can easily catch you out.

First on the list of undo should be the action phase though. Why can't you toggle your choices before the opponent has finished...?

Recently this scenario.
I choose dev, get a bit of connection lag, wait a bit, nothing happens, hit dev again, and now I've choosen dev,dev!! agghh!!
