Registering for Tournament

A suggestion to add a right click option so that registering opens in a new tab rather than having to refresh the page over and over.

Also, an option to see if you have already registered for the tournament in the Competition page itself rather than having to open each and every game.

i also found it curious that i could not open up a tourney table to register in a 'new tab' ... instead having to open the desired tourney .. open THAT in a new tab .. and hit the back button on the previous tab to return to my original tourney search with my original search parameters.

would also definitely like to see if i have already registered for a tourney on the tourney list page.
