RFTG - Check my scoring, please!

I, for the life of me, only count 13 points on Imperium War Faction, but I was awarded 14:

Is this a scoring bug, or am I missing something? Is Imperium Fifth Column counted 2 as an Imperium card, and again for 1 as a military world?
