Since the chinese translation of BGA was released, I see many players from Taiwan, but not from China.

BGA is it forbidden / blocked in China mainland?

I've seen players who indicate that they're located in China, so I think it's unlikely that it's blocked. It probably has more to do with how this site is publicized. Plus the site is only in Traditional Chinese at the moment, so that probably presents a hurdle as well.
