E:mail Notification of Messages

I am getting e:mail notifications for every message I get w/in a game. Is there a way to turn this off?

I looked through the Preferences but could not see anywhere to change a setting. I don't remember getting these notices until recently. I chat with people in many of my games and it is annoying in my e:mail account to have to scroll through tons of Boardgamearena e:mails of chats I have already read.

That said, I love the site and overall it works great and the default settings are generally set up nicely.

Or you could just block BGA.

We do not send email for discussion around a game table.

However, we do send emails when someone send you a private message, which is normal

Sorry to react on a very old message. But is there a way I can change it so that I do not receive an email when someone sends me a private message?
