How do I look at the board state of the games that have been completed? I just finished a game, but I wanted to see the final board state to understand where I could have maximized better.

And, for the answer to your next question... :)
No, you can't view just the final game state without replaying the entire game. This feature has been requested for a while, though.

This is not 100% true, as for turn-based game you have a link "See final situation" in your "end of game" email. The link is valid during a certain period of time. Afterwards, however, you have to replay the entire game to see the final situation.
