Reviewing Puerto Rico game, improve turn selection and "jumping" through moves

Hi all.
I just began playing on this site, and I really appreciate all the functions it has.

But I tried to review a game of Puerto Rico I've played yesterday and I wanted to see the late stages of the game. In order to do that I had to wait 2 minutes to let the marker go on move n°240, and I couldn't even move to the previous ones without restarting all the counting.

I would suggest to make a more versatile turn selector, that can be moved forward and backward immediately and can "jump" immediately to the move selected in the "go to move number ..." instead of scrolling all the previous moves.

Sorry for my English mistakes.

I think this function could improve the way people can enjoy this game.

This has been requested several times before, so I'm sure they know we want this. I can't imagine anyone here likes waiting to get to move 240 or not being able to go backwards, which is a real hassle when you're wanting to see the end of the game. (Especially turn-based when you aren't around to see even see the end-state.)

If my memory is correct, I think there's some reason why this would be difficult (and/or time consuming) for them to do, and not just because they're ignoring it. I have just learned to set a move, go do something else, and come back to it later.

So do you think it's a programming problem? Something related to the application rather than the attention they put on it?

I hope they can read this message anyway, because it would be really helpful to players who want to review their games to study other strategies, tactics and improve.

I can only say I have a vague memory that someone said this would be difficult to do with the way it's coded, or something. And I could be remembering wrong, or that could have been a more specific situation. Hopefully someone else will remember better. I even tried to do a search for it but wasn't finding what I wanted. I'm really not the expert on that.

My real point is that I think they are perfectly aware that this is something a lot of people would like to have, so they're either going to do it or they're not. (i.e. it's unlikely more posts will change that)
