seasons Crystallization privileges

Recently when I played seasons, I found that crystallization privileges could be overlaid. That means that using three privileges to transmut a crystal could have 6 points at most. I suppose that would lead some crystallization strategies dominant leading status and the game system is unbalanced consequently. Could you fix this issue? Thanks.
