Chat block or bug?

Hi,

When I try to chat in main lobby, game lobby or pm I get a: "You are currently using an Internet network that is considered as untrusted by our service, probably because it has been used by some players to violate our Terms of Services. Consequently, you cannot do this action using this network. Thanks for your understanding." message.

I'm the only person on this network though, did I do something wrong that I got a restriction for? If so could I please get some information (or a pm with some details), because this would really surprise me and if I did something wrong I would like to change my behavior for the better

In games I can chat, and when I get a PM I can reply (only if on an active table).

Very odd to me, and it makes it hard to set up tables and communicate with friends before the games.

Can a moderator see if there is any restrictions against me? Or is this a known bug?

Hi

There is nothing against your account but we detected that someone created about 500 different accounts from this network, and was using it to do ELO boosting and to insult other players.

We are still looking for the best way to block him, and will find a way to do it without any impact on the other players (which is difficult).

Needless to say that these kind of players take us an incredible amount of time - that we do not invest in providing games and features on the website.

In the meantime, sorry about this situation.

Aah ok, thanks for the information and really quick reply.

It feels a bit odd though since my network is a regular home network through one of the regular dutch internet providers, or are they sharing the IPv6 ranges between different households?

When I try to chat, I get this message

I have no reports on my account. Can somebody look into it? thanks
