Keep message table between games

Hello.

When I add a message to the table I just created, I would like this message to repeat automatically by default on all future tables of the same game I will create.

For example, at hannabi, if I add "players are required to know finesse", I'd like this message to be on all tables I will create in the future until I remove the message explicitly myself.

+1, I find this to be incredibly helpful, not only in hanabi, but also in saboteur.
