Simple Mode confusion.

It seems to be happening quite a lot, and people come to the the global chat with something like:

subversiv: why cant i create a table anymore

RicardoRix: are you in simple mode per chance?

subversiv: Oh thanks lol that worked. but its odd cause i just followed the link I had before.

I don't know exactly why it's happening.

The Simple lobby is now the default lobby for all new players on BGA.

However, if they are not new players, this may be a bug.
