Creating a tournee

I can't create a tournee since 2 days because always I get the message: ERROR WHYLE DATABASE REQUEST

Why am I not allowed anymore to make tournees although I have payd this function?

I need help because I don't understand what my fault is. Are all from Board Games in holidays or why don't I get any answer?

You should be able to make one, at what point are you getting the error. What tourney type are you trying to create?

Any screen captures would help see if it is something on your end.

I've been trying to crate a tourney with more than two players per game. It keeps rejecting saying the configuration doesn't allow more than two players. It says this for all configuration types.
Is there a way to create a tournament where the games have more than two players?
