Please make it 5 seconds between two SUCCESSFUL suggestions.

Because sometimes:
- a player appears in the list of players while they are actually offline
- a player appears as unsuggested while you have already suggested them to join
- the list moves up or down and makes you misclick
- you accidentally choose a player that doesn’t fit the table’s requirements
And you still get to have to wait 5 seconds each time, which may become 10, 15, 20, 25 seconds for just one successful suggestion.
