Don't find "Welcome on BGA Studio" email

I tried to recover my "Welcome on BGA Studio" but not possible to find it.
So i come here to ask to recover my access to FTP

For the regirstering i used the login name "Nivvdiy0" but now i changed it for "Nivvdiy"

Same problem here ! Is there a way to re-send welcome mail from the studio website when logged ?
