Losing reputation due to delay

Hi Everyone. I am a new player. I think I will love this site.
But I am not sure I like the lose reputation if you are late rule. I understand that in order to play with other people if you are out of time, people will not like playing with you and they should know. But this is not manual from dislikes. It is automatic.

I easily played Stone age On time for the 1st time because I have a physical copy of the game. However I want to try to play Clans of Calendonia which I am as sure as I can be that I will be running out of time. I will purchase premium very soon in order to be able to create a table.

When I create my own table is there an option for NO time limit? I am happy to do that and play with a friend until we learn the game.
Or will we still lose reputation and as a result we will be only able to play one another very soon?

I am sure you people allready know the answer to this.

well... FOund as an option that you can disable time limit
and even the game says this is only recommended with friends

you get double time on your very first try of any game.
you can also limit the access to the table to beginners only.
ask questions in the chat.

don't worry too much, it's the same for all of us, no-one expects you to be an expert on your very first game.
