Add option to quit to Accept/Refuse screen

When the table administrator clicks on Start to begin a game, players who have joined have only two choices: Accept or Reject. A player who wishes to quit at that point must click Reject, must then find the table in the game lobby, and then must quit. But if the table administrator clicks on Start quickly, the player who wished to quit gets the Accept/Reject screen again. If the administrator keeps clicking Start quickly, it can be very difficult to quit. This problem could be eliminated by giving players a three-way choice: Accept/Reject/Quit. Or, if a player clicks Reject, they could get a popup choice "Do you wish to quit? Yes/No"
