Caylus new graphics for colorblind people

Hi,

I'm interested in creating a new BGA game for Caylus with other graphics.
My main reason for wanting to do this is that I'm colorblind and caylus (BGA online and original boardgame) is a game that poses a lot of trouble for people like me

So to be more precise on what I would like to do
- Duplicate the code from Caylus game on BGA and create a new game named Caylus+ (or something like that)
- Replace only the graphic interface
- The mechanics of the game are left intact.
- The new graphics are taken from an adaptation from Caylus on iPad. This game is a beautiful a modern digital transformation of the game.

This game is however no longer available on iOS, it's been discontinued, however I still have it running so I can take out the graphics.

Question
- Can this be done? is it allowd on BGA to do this? If Yes do I need an approval from someone ?
- I might need an approval from the company that made iPAd converison as well.
