Sorry for bringing this up again but every time I look at the main page and see the prestige leaderboard it makes me mad.
Hakan with 500k prestige from playing 2 player single game invite only tournaments worth 7000 prestige for 1 game
mendacium not too much better with the dungeon twister ones.
I get constantly bombarded with people adding me as friends and it has to be because of this page so clearly a bunch of people are seeing it so the longer these fakes are allowed on the leaderboard the more we are saying it is okay to cheat to get prestige.
I obviously realize getting the site capacity up is priority 1 at this point. But continuing to promote top prestige players is problematic, so a good interim solution is just don’t broadcast names of top prestige players.until you have time to fix this issue and rid the list of players abusing a broken system. I know site admins want to improve prestige and have done a lot with arena for new prestige but the Elo leaders is actually minor in terms of manipulation versus the craziness of the tourney prestige...you can get 7000 or more prestige per 1 game! Crazy. Do this 140 times and you have the most prestige ever...with this issue all prestige totals comparisons are meaningless.
