How long do game tables remain active after logging out?

Greetings,
I just played a game for the first time here yesterday (so I am new to this). I also had a few friends join in and we could not finish the game so we logged off.

Some of us tested logging out and back in, our Puerto Rico game was still there but this morning it was gone.

How long do tables remain active?
Is there a way to save a game state? (is this only a premium feature or is this a bug that it disappeared)

PS the Puerto Rico game was set to training mode (perhaps that could also be the cause)

Startup time, on left you'll see Game Speed. Set how many turns a day. Might work this way.
Not sure how logging in or out would affect.
