Spectator taking over a skipped/quit player

I suggest that it be made possible for a spectator in a game be able to take over a player who got skipped or quit. There are some games that becomes unplayable once a player gets skipped (for example, 7 Wonders). Having a spectator take over helps salvage the game, instead of losing all the time invested in playing (expecially in turn-based games). The spectator may or may not get Elo points for this.

Hope this functionality becomes available.
