Bugs and Puerto Rico

Hi,
I found a bug in Puerto Rico - there's no way for a player who buys a wharf to actually use it - and I would like to report it in the "Bugs" forum section. But that section won't even open. Am I being punked? Haha
If anyone has any solutions to either of these things, let me know.

I believe the interface on this is that when the Captain phase is happening, the player who owns a wharf clicks on their wharf before selecting the goods to ship them. The game text will say something like "Player XXX must select a ship (or wharf)."

Also, in the footer of all BGA pages is the "report a bug" link.
