Tutorials: where are they?

I'm new here, but not to board games. I was trying the Replay Game feature and noticed a button 'How to build a tutorial' underneath the player panes, right hand side of screen. This gives a popup which includes the text

'How to build a tutorial?
You can add comments to a game replay to create a tutorial for a game.

There is only ONE official tutorial for each game. If you want to build an official tutorial, you should contact first the developer of this game to get their authorization.

So I look, and use search to find these tutorials, without success.

Can anyone help, and tell me where they are?

There are very few tutorials at the moment, this is a work in progress. They're supposed to be on game pages, in the section "how to play".
