Map difficult to manage

This game is very good but the map is difficult to manage.
It is always moving and sometimes going out of the screen.
And when I try to reduce it the size of the map does not stay.
So much time lost to find it.
Once I was obliged to stop not to get a penalty because I did not find the map

Sorry, are you talking about the Carcassonne game?

It can happen that you scroll the tiles off screen. You can refresh the page to make sure that the tiles become visible again. As far as I know, there is no other "center playfield" function.

It is always easier to play with a mouse that has a scroll wheel.

Using CTRL and the +/- keys will zoom your browser window and hence zoom the map, which might also help.

I also had to quit a game because of losing the map. And I didn't know that a refresh would have helped and also not that there was an option to agree to stop the game without getting a warning... Maybe it is better to put text in the screen that you should refresh to recentre the map. And of course solve this problem by implementing an expanding border or something like that.
