This looks like a display bug to me. The worlds Black Market Trading World and New Earth are displayed as if they were played without being paid, and in the same turn as playing another world. But if you take a close look, they're not taken into account for points (for themselves or for Galactic Survey: SETI), for number of cards in tableau. New Earth doesn't produce during the produce phase, and the consume powers of New Earth and Black Market Trading World are not used during the consume phase near move 110, where they
should have been used (there is a good remaining at the end of the phase). (There is also a problem with New Economy on the replay.)
So I think there is no problem server-side, in database. But what was displayed was wrong, and of course this is a serious bug as it can be very misleading for players.

Did you notice Black Market Trading World and New Earth during play, or only when replaying the game? In the latter case, this is probably the same bug and you should vote for it and provide your table (and move) number.
