Premium / Same IP Question

I have a simple situation. Me and my wife generally game with the same couple every week. With the current situation, we are stuck in our home,and they are stuck in theirs, so we've been playing a lot of games online together, and would like to use BoardgameArena if possible.

I am looking to get premium for myself, but I don't believe the other couple are going to (we've signed up for many services already). If I start a game with premium, are ALL players in the game excluded from the "Same IP" restrictions, or just people in my location? Obviously, it would be ideal if both people in both homes could play, as long as one person has premium, but I'm unsure how it works.

The short answer is yes, only one premium member is needed at the table.

The slightly longer answer is that once a premium member is at a table, all normal restrictions (same IP, wait time to start (I think), etc.) are lifted.
