Where are reviews in alpha?

Hi. I've had Xanadú in alpha testing for a couple of weeks now. I know some people have tested it and I received some bugs which I have corrected now. But I have not received any reports of reviews submitted (I understood I would get them via email). Either I'm not receiving them or players are not reviewing.

1. How can I check the reviews received?
2. What is the process for leaving a review (so I can check if the players I have invited are not understanding the review process).

Can't find documentation on either of those things right now, so I appreciate any help!

The short answer to both questions is this url: https://boardgamearena.com/reviewer

For you: It will state 'This is your game' along with some statistics (e.g. 30 people have started a review, you have 3 reviews with an average of 4 stars)

For reviewers: It will give them a big approval button for their final review, along with links to the game, the game group, and the bugs/suggestions forum.

EDIT: I can also confirm that you do indeed receive an email upon getting an approval (I have had some on one of my games but not the other, yet..!)

Invited players cannot review your game unless they're enrolled as BGA reviewers. (and they cannot enroll unless they met the criteria)

Going a bit further on this, is there anywhere to see the individual reviews outside of email?

There are some suggestions and comments in the reviews that I would like to respond to. They did not create any suggestion or bug issues so there doesn't seem to be any communication option. I suppose I can just message them directly?

Approvals should happen a the end of the process. Reviewers should create suggestion/bug reports until they are ready to approve. We'll need to write a F.A.Q for reviewers to make the process more clear if it's not what happens. In the meantime, if you get a suggestion you want to discuss in comment of an approval, then indeed contacting the reviewer by BGA message is a possibility.
