The only thing I don't understand is why can we change our pseudo only twice? The pseudo is the ID of the gamer, it's important to be confortable with. Maybe it's complicated for you if we change our pseudo to often, so maybe you can tolerate once on month! We have the opportunity to change our profil pictures, why we can't do the same with the pseudo?

The pseudo is the ID of the gamer, it's important to be confortable with.

If your username is so uncomfortable to you, why did you chose it in the first place?

Most people remember names of people they play online more easily than they remember avatar pictures or ID numbers. As such, while the underlying structure of the account is by ID number, most interaction is by name. Logs, player search, invitations, etc. are all by name. Allowing rapid (and yes, once per month is rapid) changing of names would lead to confusion.

Most sites do not allow any change at all. BGA implemented it due to the rare circumstances that take place in the physical world. Such events as Miss_Jones getting married and now wanting to be called Missus_Smith. But most people would avoid a person who they met once who introduced themselves as Bob, then a month later as Bill, then a month later as Jimmy, and a month later as Frank, then a month later as...
