Good Game for Beginners (Kids) Group of 5-6

Post by SparxKoyich »

I am thinking of doing a virtual party with my kids' friends. Any recommendations for an engaging game that won't be a struggle?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

I have had good success with kids with Carcassonne and Incan Gold, though Carcassonne only goes to 5 players on here.

What type of gaming experience do the participants have? That might help us with better suggestions.

But, for larger groups with a really easy learning curve, I happen to like 6 Nimmt. It is rather light, though (when played at the basic level).

Incan Gold is definitly a good choice. Also Tock can be very fun and it can be played in teams if you have an even number of players. If you want a little bit more depth but still a "light" experience, I'd recommend Elfenland (developed from the same guy who invented Ticket to Ride).
