Opponents' ability level preference option

A NEW OPTION OPTION ???
Might it help newcomers to games if they could search for opponents who were (for example) no more than ELO 100. That way new players might not lose heart so readily ...
Likewise, choose not to pick up players with an ELO below 100 (example only) if one was more expert. That way, expert players might have their patience tested less frequently ..

This is already implemented. In creating a table, there is an option to restrict table access. One of the restrictions is by ELO ranking (apprentice, good, master, etc.).
