Persisitent Friends Restriction Setting

I would really like the "restrict to friends" mode the game creator can set to be persistent for my account until I change it. If there's a way to do this which I overlooked, I would appreciate it if someone would let me know. Otherwise, it would save a lot of repetitive clicking every time I play games with my friends. Thanks in advance.
