Access table notes for old games?

Is there a way to pull up my saved notes for old games? It seems like this works for recently completed games (because it puts you into the regular in-game view), but for older games it seems impossible to access (because it puts you into a different view, and you can only access a game view through replay)....

Is there anything I'm missing? Thanks!
