Pool. Error or my problem?

Sorry for my english.
The english rules says: "During your turn, you may freely move Ingredients between your Pool and your hand."
But on BGA I can not make it.
It is an error or only my problem?
Because I had to repeatedly discard ingredients that were left in my hand because I had a full Pool and did not let me discard it.

You have to highlight the ingredient in your pool and then click on your hand. You do have to move one at a time, however.
