Galaxy: use '×' instead of 'x', add brackets like ×(-1)

I was wondering how much war points do vaudoudou have in the following layout:

How much is "x minus one" after all? ;)

Later I've recalled that 'x' is used as 'times' troughout this panel.

I PROPOSE: add some brackets to negative values, so that we have
'x0, x1, x2, ...' and 'x(-1), x(-2),...'.

Besides, it looks better to use the UTF multiplication sign ×, that is U+00D7.
