Cannot play together, same adress : bug ?

Hi there,

I wanted to play with my family through this site, since we're scattered around the country. But two players were identified as connected from the same address (IP address I guess ?) and we could not play.

However :

• They were hundreds of km apart

• They were not using the same Internet provider

• They were not using the same email address for their account.

Is this a bug ? a known issue ? How can I help them play together ?
It took a while to convince everyone to give it a try, I'm disappointed this didn't work out

It's probably best to contact the BGA team directly via mail or contact form detailing the accounts, their locations and the time you tried to connect. However, this is a very weird specific topic, no guarantees that it will be solved.
